FAHALWAYS / LANGUAGE AI & DATA

Does your AI understand what your customers mean?

A response can sound fluent while missing an idiom, reversing an instruction, or misunderstanding a regional expression.

FAHALWAYS develops multilingual evaluation cases and language datasets to help teams examine these errors. Our work focuses on intended meaning, conversational context, regional usage, and appropriate responses.

Language evaluation and data services

Evaluate multilingual AI

Assess interpretations and responses against agreed meanings, context, acceptable alternatives, and scoring criteria. Examine intent, ambiguity, unsupported additions, and whether the response fits the situation.

Deliverables can include agreed cases, recorded outputs, case-level findings, unresolved issues, and comparisons across tested models or versions. Execution and independent language review are specified in the scope.

Commission language datasets

Scope original-language text paired with English meanings, contextual examples, regional-variety labels, and review records for testing or model development.

Agree the language, domain, collection method, source rights, review process, delivery format, and permitted uses before production. Training material and private evaluation material are separate deliverables.

Retest after changes

Repeat agreed evaluations after a model, prompt, or workflow update. Compare the results to see whether known problems are resolved and whether new errors appear.

Receive version comparisons, case-level changes, and issues requiring further review. Results describe the tested cases and conditions.

Evaluate a business conversation

Test whether an assistant understands a request, incorporates a correction, follows the client’s policy, and transfers accurate context to a person.

The client supplies business scenarios, caller scripts where applicable, source records, policies, and expected answers or actions. FAHALWAYS assesses performance using agreed criteria. Voice or audio testing requires a separately agreed setup.

Check meaning before judging the answer

The evaluation process connects language understanding to the response or action the task requires.

  1. 1

    Expression

Read the original wording in its conversational context.

  2. 2

    AI reading

Record what the AI understood and how it responded.

  3. 3

    Meaning

Review intended meaning, valid alternatives, and regional usage.

  4. 4

    Assessment

Compare required meaning elements with the output. Explain correct, incorrect, or unresolved judgments.

  5. 5

    Consequence

Identify how a misunderstanding could affect the requested response or business action.

Valid paraphrases are accepted. Missing context or uncertain references remain unresolved until the evidence supports a decision. A literal translation and an explanation of figurative meaning are different tasks, with criteria agreed accordingly.

Language work currently in development

Caribbean and African languages

Current work includes Trinidadian Creole, Jamaican Patois, Guyanese Creole, Haitian Creole, Yorùbá, Hausa, and Nigerian Pidgin.

The collection examines idioms, proverbs, indirect speech, humor, and expressions whose interpretation depends on context. Model runs and draft scoring materials exist; assessments remain provisional and independent language review is pending.

Indian-language and English pairs

Collection work includes Gondi, Bhili, Mundari, Kokborok, Karbi, Nyishi, and Tagin, with original-language phrases paired with English translations or explanations.

These materials are in development and require fluent-speaker review. Coverage, regional varieties, scripts, and availability are confirmed during scoping.

These lists describe active development areas, not a catalog of validated, ready-to-license datasets. Additional languages can be discussed subject to contributor availability and review requirements.

Agree the evidence and delivery requirements

For evaluation buyers

Agree the target languages, task types, model versions, client inputs, run conditions, review responsibilities, acceptance criteria, and findings format. Keep unresolved cases visible in the report.

For dataset buyers

Agree provenance records, collection permissions, annotation fields, independent review, version history, and permitted uses. Licensing is offered only where rights and review status support the intended use.

Related expressions and variants are grouped when separating training and evaluation material to reduce overlap. Complete collections, detailed scoring rules, and private model results are shared only under agreed terms.

Start with a focused language pilot

Tell us which languages and regional varieties your system serves, what it must understand, and which errors matter to your users. We can define a focused evaluation or data-development scope, with deliverables, timing, review responsibilities, and price agreed before work begins.
