The FAHALWAYS Foundation is the nonprofit arm of FAHALWAYS, dedicated to advancing AI literacy, responsible governance, and equitable access to AI benefits. While FAHALWAYS, Inc. focuses on building and commercializing enterprise-grade AI products for healthcare and other regulated industries, the Foundation serves the public interest by:
Promoting AI Literacy – delivering education and outreach programs to underserved communities, clinicians, and policymakers to build understanding of AI’s risks and benefits.
Conducting Independent Research – with a focus on healthcare, life sciences, education, and insurance, the Foundation explores how AI can improve outcomes while reducing risks. For example, in the life sciences domain, we are studying the use of AI to detect fake or manipulated laboratory and microscopy images—a growing challenge in scientific publishing and drug development—ensuring that research integrity and patient safety are protected.
Shaping Policy & Governance – collaborating with universities, nonprofits, and regulatory bodies to ensure AI advances are ethical, transparent, and inclusive.
Expanding Access – ensuring that insights, tools, and educational materials are openly available to groups who might otherwise be left behind.
Though separate in structure, the Foundation and FAHALWAYS are strategically connected: the company pioneers real-world applications of AI in healthcare and other sectors, while the Foundation ensures those advances are responsibly guided, publicly understood, and socially beneficial.
