EXPERT-AUTHORED AI EVALUATIONS
Can your AI handle the work you need it to do?
Turn a defined workflow into realistic assignments, source files, reference deliverables, and scoring materials. Test evidence use, task completion, and the quality of the finished work.

Agree one workflow and three distinct cases. Receive assignments, source materials, reference deliverables, scoring rubrics, usage guidance, and a handoff. Your team runs its AI; execution, scoring, and a findings report can be scoped separately.

Follow a representative invoice-review workflow from an incorrect $12,000 recommendation to the supported $0 additional payment. The five-page visual guide shows the source records, FAHALWAYS’ comparison of each claim with the evidence, and the reason for each pass or fail. Complete client case files and detailed scoring materials remain private.

What is included in the pilot?
Three cases for one workflow, with assignments, source files, reference deliverables, scoring rubrics, usage guidance, and a handoff. The proposal specifies formats, review rounds, acceptance criteria, timing, and price. Read the pilot scope.
Who runs and scores the model?
Your team runs its system using the core package. Model execution, output scoring, version comparisons, and a findings report are included only when expressly scoped. Results apply to the tested cases and conditions.
Can you work with our evaluation platform?
We agree file formats, output schemas, environment requirements, and evaluator interfaces during scoping. Platform adapters or integrations are separate deliverables when needed. Compatibility is confirmed for the specific engagement.
What licensing and ownership rights do we receive?
The agreement defines permitted use, access, redistribution, exclusivity, and ownership. Available independently owned or rights-cleared cases can be discussed for licensing. Public demonstrations do not grant access to private case packages.
Do you need confidential customer materials?
We can use representative business materials or appropriately authorized source files without exposing confidential customer data. Client review confirms that the materials reflect the intended workflow and deliverables. Where confidential materials are needed, agree permitted use, access, transfer, retention, deletion, and third-party processing before sharing them.
How is an evaluation pilot different from implementation?
An evaluation pilot creates tasks and scoring materials to assess AI. An implementation pilot builds or integrates a solution. Discuss a separately scoped implementation engagement.
What do the videos demonstrate?
The videos demonstrate examples of real-world business workflows and how completed work can be evaluated. They are illustrative demonstrations, not reports of a named customer’s deployment or measured performance of a named model. Read about the demonstrations and quality process.

Watch the two-minute walkthrough: see how FAHalways turns a business workflow into a practical AI evaluation.
A failed data-pipeline repair — Follow a real-world business workflow from a supplier shipment feed into a warehouse ledger. After a date-format change, an AI repair restarts the import but drops valid shipment events, leaving tracking and dispatch teams with incomplete information. This two-minute demonstration shows why evaluation must reconcile the finished business output, not just check a successful job status. Discuss a three-case pilot tailored to your capability gaps. Detailed cases, reference solutions, and scoring logic are shared privately under agreed terms.
